Parshat Nasso coloring page: two hands raised in the Priestly Blessing

Print opens the sheet with its options: Letter or A4, outline or colored in, English or Hebrew text, and one, two or four to a page.

About this parasha

The Levite families receive their tasks, the Torah teaches about the nazir who gives up wine, the kohanim are given the Priestly Blessing, and the twelve tribal leaders bring the same gifts to dedicate the Mishkan.

The picture: The Priestly Blessing

The kohanim’s hands raised for the Priestly Blessing, still given in synagogues today (Numbers 6:22–27).

Why this picture?

Nasso holds the Priestly Blessing, the words kohanim still bless the congregation with and many parents say over their children on Friday night, so the raised hands link the parasha to something children see and hear.
